General Terms of Sales Contracts(hereinafter referred to as GT) mean the part of the Contract containing information on the obligations of the Parties to the Contract, commodity credit and financial accountability, general provisions of purchase of and payment for the Goods or the lot of the Goods, loading procedures, responsibility of the contracting Parties as well as other terms, conditions, and provisions. The GT are not printed and individually signed, but available in the Internet on the webpage of the Seller (www.orlenlietuva.lt) or at the request of the Buyer can be presented via means of communication, or handed to the Buyer. In some cases at Buyers request the GT may be subject of signature, but in all other cases the wording of signed Contract used in the GT or the ST means signing the ST only.
