Public Company ORLEN Lietuva (hereinafter – Company) announces that it has implemented an innovative electronic procurement system - CONNECT Purchasing Platform ORLEN Group (hereinafter – CONNECT).
From 16 December 2013 Company will launch the pilot purchasing processes in subsequent purchasing categories through this e-procurement system. As of 17 February 2014 all Company’s purchases of goods and services will be executed via CONNECT and this e-procurement system will become the sole source of information, the place of tender announcements and bids submission in the procurement processes of the Company and other fourteen ORLEN Group companies.
Such world-class IT solutions as similar e-procurement systems are implemented in many modern and innovative corporations, with the aim of better organization of procurement processes. Our objective is to provide you with the quick, systematic and clear information about the ORLEN Group purchases as well as to facilitate and shorten the procurement
