On Tuesday at around 1 p.m. a contractor truck towing construction containers hit a pole and turned over at the Mazeikiai refinery. During the accident the truck driver was injured. Mazeikiai ambulance and fire fighters were called out to the accident location and released the driver from the cabin. He was taken to Mazeikiai hospital.
The accident did not affect the refinery operations.
