MAÞEIKIAI — Meeting on April 30, the Mažeikių Nafta Board of Directors adopted a decision to establish the UAB Mažeikių Nafta Trading House. The Mažeikių Nafta Trading House will be responsible for the marketing of Mažeikių Nafta’s products and act as a trade agent of the parent company.

According to Mikhail Brudno, Acting President of YUKOS RM and Chairman of the Board of Mažeikių Nafta, “Mažeikių Nafta Trading House will function under a commercial representation contract with Mažeikių Nafta and will be a direct and reliable supplier of Mažeikių Nafta’s quality refined products to customers in the Baltic states and neighboring markets”.
